HUGGED by the SEA

An intensive 4-day immersion into yourself - through freediving, breathwork, forest therapy, and sound therapy

17.-20.05.2024, Rakalj, Istria, Croatia

Journey within, journey to yourself

We offer an exploration of our inner depths using unique tools such as Freediving, Apnea, and Breathing Techniques, complemented by the support of forest and sound therapy.

We will embark on a journey towards self-discovery, immersing ourselves in an enriching experience unlike any other.

Pillars of our Immersion:

  • The Sea, with Tjasa

You will be guided through a very beginner-friendly Freediving experience to soften and safely engage with the sea. Instead of focusing solely on technique and depth, you will be supported to surrender to the dialogue with your inner waters through breathwork and intentional breath-holding.

  • The Forest, with Barbara

Forest therapy, inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, fosters well-being and a deeper connection with nature. The gentle two to three hour guided experience involves sensory activities to calm your mind and deepen your relationship with nature and yourself. It offers a natural and simple yet powerful way to achieve balance of body, mind, and spirit.

  • The Sound, with Katja

The transformative power of sound therapy blends with therapeutic insights, relaxation and stress relief. Sound therapy stimulates your biochemical-electromagnetic energy system, tunes and clarifies your inner life flow. Through frequencies, it facilitates a renewed fountain of creativity with the assistance of water, light, and sound.

What do we offer?

  • 3 nights in a private villa, double bedrooms, walking distance to the beach

Meet the Team

  • Tjasa Ucakar

Freediving instructor, integral breathing teacher, sociologist.

My journey into the depths of water began after my 30s, sparked by a stroke of "chance" that led me to the world of freediving. From conquering my own fears to guiding others, I discovered a newfound curiosity in the underwater realm. Now, I share this gentle and transformative experience with others, as water reflects what lies within us.

  • Barbara Favento

Forest Therapy Guide, EcoNIDRA Teacher, creative soul.

Japan has played a significant role in my life. After choosing Austria as my new home 15 years ago, my connection to Japan gradually lost its intensity. That is until 2018, when the word "Shinrin Yoku" alias Forest Bathing deeply touched me. The practice revived long-forgotten memories of nature experiences, my longing for a connection with nature. For me, mindful forest visits have become the path home to myself and to my own body.
